The Los Angeles Housing Department funded $4,500,000, and the State of California funded $1,894,000 for the infill site in south Los Angeles. Services subsidy is provided by Los Angeles County Department of Health Services for special needs units.
The site is located near an MTA bus line, Sutton Recreation Center, Mark Twain, and a health clinic.
Construction is three levels of Type V with 49 spaces of underground parking. Design is certified to LEED Gold. Amenities include a large community room with a computer lab, and a large courtyard with barbecue areas.
